Vegan Bologna Pâté

A pinkish pâté from wheat protein and rice flour is reminiscent of the well-known Soviet “Doktorskaya” sausage aroma. Though, there are no ingredients of animal origin: the pâté consists of specially mixed natural ingredients and spices. A yeast-free crispbread sandwich spread with a thin layer of Bologna pâté will satisfy hunger and boost energy. It also will add to the vegan diet as it is full of essential amino acids, proteins and minerals.
